Clients search for local service providers by category (plumbing, cleaning, electrical, tutoring, and more), location, price, and rating. Listings include full profiles, portfolio photos, skills, pricing models, and verified reviews.

Service providers create detailed public profiles with their business name, description, hourly rates, fixed prices, call-out fees, portfolio images and videos, social links, and service radius. Each provider gets a unique shareable profile URL.

Clients post job requests with photos, budget range, location, and scheduling preferences. Providers browse the job board and submit competitive quotes. Clients compare quotes and accept the best offer.

Clients and providers communicate through a built-in messaging system before and after booking. All conversations are stored securely on the platform — no need for external email or phone calls.

Clients pay securely through the platform using PayPal (card, bank, or PayPal balance). The platform adds a transparent 12% service fee on top of the provider's price. Providers receive 100% of their listed price.

Providers accept, confirm, or decline bookings via their dashboard. Both parties receive automated email notifications at each stage — booking request, confirmation, reminders, and completion.

Platform admins have full oversight: manage listings, process provider payouts, review support tickets, handle disputes, verify providers, manage discount codes, view revenue analytics, and run ad campaigns.

Providers can boost their visibility by purchasing featured listings or ad campaigns. Admins manage campaign approvals, placements (homepage, browse, category pages), and track impressions and clicks.
