Prohibited Services
The following services are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate listing removal and account suspension:
- •Illegal services of any kind, including the sale or distribution of illegal drugs, weapons, or counterfeit goods
- •Unlicensed medical, dental, or healthcare services where a licence is legally required
- •Adult or sexual services, escort services, or any sexually explicit offerings
- •Gambling, betting, or lottery services not permitted by applicable law
- •Services involving the manufacture, modification, or repair of firearms or explosives
- •Hacking, malware, or any service intended to gain unauthorized access to systems
- •Services that infringe intellectual property, including pirated software or media
- •Any service that is unlawful under the laws of the United States or South Africa
Prohibited Conduct
The following user conduct is strictly prohibited:
- •Discrimination based on protected characteristics
- •Harassment, threats, or hate speech
- •Fake reviews or paid reviews
- •Impersonation of any person or business
- •Off-platform solicitation to avoid platform fees — including sharing phone numbers or emails in chat to arrange payment outside the Platform
- •Fraudulent payment activity or chargeback abuse
Users found circumventing the Platform to conduct off-platform transactions may have their accounts permanently banned and associated payouts withheld, in addition to being liable for the platform fees that would have been owed.

Nothing in these policies limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of your country of residence.
